A Positive Developmental Psychologist and devoted student of life dedicated to helping you free yourself from the masks that keep you small so you can feel whole and embody your best self.

You're a Seeker. And that's probably why you're here. You've read books, attended seminars and trainings, but you still feel like something is missing.
You’ve been through a lot. And you're ready to find wholeness, build self-confidence, and be as brave as you know you are.

I also have a Master's in Positive Developmental Psychology, and use pioneering research to help my clients release trauma and take the steps to feel whole.
My own story coupled with my work have made me an avid believer that healing is a journey, not a destination.
The journey can be deeply fulfilling and successful when any 'work' you do on yourself is not about rejecting yourself or becoming someone else.
So our work together is about embracing the path you've walked and using specific tools to make space for you to be who you are beyond your trauma.
